What You’ll Be Doing - Repair& Maintenance
- Provide first line of response to facility maintenance needs. Inspect and diagnose problems.
- Monitor and follow up with vendors.
- Complete audits on all locations quarterly and ensure completion of repairs.
- Perform minor interior and exterior repairs.
- Some daytime travel may be required to other Panera Bread markets in Eastern Iowa.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain tools, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate work records of preventative maintenance inspection reports, work schedules, backlogs, and completed work orders using mobile app.

- Resolve and/or report any unsafe working conditions.
